1. 30-Day Return Window

2. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Parts must be unused and uninstalled in their original condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any items back. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned once purchased:
- Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or connected, even briefly (sensors, modules, control units, etc.).
- Custom or special-order parts ordered specifically for your vehicle that are not in our standard inventory.
- Parts that show signs of installation, use, or damage.
- Clearance and final-sale items.
5. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer-initiated returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, no longer needed). This fee does not apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please retain the original packaging and take photos of any damage for our records.
