E-learning

Changing the behaviour of drivers is not easy – years of bad driving habits cannot be undone overnight.  Our e-learning solution offers you a phased programme - at defined frequencies (subject to their risk category) your drivers will be asked to complete a short training module (less than 10 minutes), constantly reinforcing key safety messages and your MORR policies. The cumulative effect is better awareness of the issues - and behaviour change.  Once your drivers have completed the relevant e-learning modules, they will be prompted to complete the risk assessment module.

Risk assessment

Our e-learning solution provides a complete on-line risk assessment module to help your organisation improve fleet risk and comply with your legal risk assessment requirements. Having completed the on-line risk assessment and dependant upon their risk category, drivers may then be put forward for further On-road Training & Risk Assessment.

Data Management

All training and risk data is stored and managed using Rock Automotive's unique Driver and Vehicle Information Database, otherwise known as 'DaVID'.  DaVID is run directly over the internet using the Rock Automotive hosted web-service.  Your organisation's management team (and insurer's if you want to grant them access!) will have the ability to interrrogate 'DaVID' and pull off real-time MORR performance data.
